We usually ship out the order within 24 to 72 hours if the requested product is in stock. Please note that our inventory is constantly changing, and all products on our site are not guaranteed to be in stock at the time of purchase. If your order is out of stock, we will contact you by email immediately; So please provide a valid email address for contact purposes. If the item is out of stock it will take 2-3 more days for us to process the order.

All of our products ships by EMS, USPS, DHL or TNT. After we ship out your order, you will receive a tracking number and tracking method to your email, then you will be able to track the status of your order.

Exchange and refund policies

The acceptable reasons for the exchange are as follows: We send an incorrect item (s) from what you order. The product (s) are / are defected. Please contact us within 24 hours when you receive the package. We will help you to exchange a purchase.

Return and exchange policy

If you place incorrect items please contact us in 24 to 48 hours when you got the package. We will help you to exchange a purchase.

We require that you do not simply use the "Beats Box Rack" when you send the return goods. Please pack the Beats box in an external, independent shipping carton. For further questions, please contact us and the address (this address does not accept return).

Our store reserves the right to inspect returned items to determine if the product has been used, used or altered. If the returned Beats is not in resellable condition, a shipping fee will be charged to your credit card and Beats will be returned to the customer. The buyer pays shipping costs to return the products to our store and a shipping charge will be added to all exchanges.
